Nightmare experience

The female scheduler is extremely rude and is vindictive. First delivery attempt, I was given a 4 hr window. Drivers called 1/2 hour after the delivery window to say their truck broke down. 2nd delivery attempt; Arrived during the 4 hr time frame, but brought the wrong item. For the next 3 weeks I tried to get a delivery scheduled. The female scheduler was even more rude than the previous sessions, said they were busy and would not give me any time frame at all. Then she told me; "next Tuesday", but refused to give me any time frame at all. I asked to have her supervisor call me and also left an email. No answer. The female scheduler even had to audacity to lie and told the vendor that she was unable to get in contact with me. On 1/15/19 she told the vendor that my delivery would tentatively be scheduled for today; 1/17/19. No one ever called to give a delivery window time. The driver just called and said they would be there to deliver in 10 minutes. This is the worst service ever from a "white glove" delivery service. I can say though, that the delivery personnel have been polite, but that female scheduler needs to be fired.
